They are nice but the their pricing is very strange. The techs finished the job in less than 30 minutes. But they charged me $500 plus (no parts were required), just cleaning the drain line. I changed the AC filter myself as I had an extra one in the house. Out of the $500 plus tax around $325 was the cost of the job and $175 was service charge. If the job was fixed in one visit shouldn't the customer be paying only one fee? The service charge is if the techs come to fix and and aren't able to repair it then they will charge a fee just to show up (which is standard practice) but why two charges if they fixed the AC same day within 30 minutes?
